Semester Break Hours

Library hours will change during semester break. Please note especially that we will be closed from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 27 and closed all day on Friday, May 5. We will resume regular hours on Monday, May 8. For the full detail about library hours during semester break, click here.

ILL Requests Will Not Be Processed...

Between the dates April 17th-24th, ILL requests will be not be processed due to the upgrading of the processing software. Please submit requests one week in advance or make alternative arrangements for obtaining the materials. If you have any questions, please contact the library staff

Change to Database Login

As of April 10, the login procedure for accessing library databases from off campus has changed. Your library barcode is no longer the login for databases. To log into library databases from off campus, you must use your SMU username and password. This is the same username and password that you use to log into WebTools, Blackboard, WebMail, and on-campus computers. If you have questions about the username/password login, contact the IT Helpdesk at 1-800-372-8176, ext. 7800 or contact the Library at 612-728-5108.
